The Apartment
The locals call the apartment building "The White House at the top of the Hill". We sort of likede that name, and stuck with it. The apartment is 90 sqm and was build in 2009 - finished in 2012. It has a masterbedrooom with ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom, a large kitchen with all appliances, a livingarea and 2 balconys overlooking the bay of Kotor. The apartment is one in 6 in the complex and shares an infinity pool with a great view of the bay. The apartment has airconditioning in every room and WiFi.
Livingroom and kitchen
The kitchen has is a large american style refrigiator with icemachine, it has dishwasher, a modern stove and a washinghmachine. There is an inside dining area and a lounge ares with sofas, a flatscreen TV with ports for all your devices, and an entertainment system. One sofa can be turned in to a double bed, if there is need for more sleeping space.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The masterbedroom with a kingsize bed, has an en-suite bathroom, closets and an exit to the south facing balcony. There is a second bedroom with two individual beds - or push the together for a double if needed. Also an exit for the balcony.Both bathrooms is with showers and one has a bathtub aswell.
Balconys and views
The large balcony is facing the bay of Kotor and is right above the swimmingpool. There is an outside diningarea and loungechairs for relaxing in the sun. The Balciony on the other side has the morning sun and has cafe tabels.
Pool and outside area
The infiny pool apears to flow diretly into the Bay of Kotor and has a good size for both kids and adults. It is 180 cm at its deepest.
